Grabbing someone by the neck isn't a violent action? Really? Wow. Just wow.

Under the law this isn't classified as violent conduct. People have got away with worse.

Why? Mane didn't hit, punch, slap or push him. Grabbing isn't violent conduct (especially after you've been deliberately elbowed)..

I’ve just watched it again, and the more I see it the less violent it looks. He pulls him down if anything, and it’s very restrained considering he’d just been elbowed. Any panel watching that hands out one punishment only.

I'd like to see examples of where grabbing someone to convey your dissatisfaction of their actions has led to punishment under violent action rules.

I sincerely hope so. The man’s finished, so it would benefit Arsenal.
