After the sojourns of a trip to East Anglia and my quest to watch/listen to it on every available media (my personal favourite is Ed Dawes on RD as Marriott's goal goes in), the people of Derby look forward to 2019 and people in Nottingham look forward to 1981 along with a visit from a team which is dour, from a city which is dour with a manager who is..........well, you get the point.
Bradley Johnson will be hoping to be included in the match squad. Well he can hope. Also former PP favourite Ryan Shotton could return for Brough and heap misery upon us - again.
We don't have a good record against Middlesbrough having only won one out of the last eight league games against them. Despite battering them on my birthday this season we escaped with just a 1-1. However our last win in against Middlesbrough in 2013 was on New Year's Day. Happy portents.
Frank has also intimated very strongly that he wants the South Stand to start being more vocal, or words to that effect. So, that could be another first for this season.....

Holmes was superb, probably deserves a start ahead of Zoon for me...
Thought Wisdom was superb at LB
That’s 6 points from last 15 though... the win at Norwich was massive.

Some fool messaged R Derby and said Wisdom was terrible. Clearly not at the game.

I certainly didn't message RD but the love in on it with wisdom's performance was OTT big time.
It looks better because he's played out of position but when he's played in his preferred position he's gash.
I'd rather some who ring in would actually save their voice for the game.

I thought Wisdom was man of the match. Boro are such a dreadful advert for football. The only way they would score was from a cross. Seemed like Bogle at fault for allowing an easy cross to come in. Holmes had a terrific cameo. Had Nuge buried a straightforward chance we would all be happy bunnies. I thought we deserved to win.
