Who should have told Cardiff? Perhaps Clyne should have said something to Warnock that he prefers to go to Bournemouth, he would surely have spoken to him at some stage of the transfer?

We accepted proposals from both Cardiff (if warnock is to be believed) and Bournemouth. After that its down to player and agent.
