I'm not sure Higuain is even a short term..

Fix

But all things considered. I’m still glad he appears to be on his way.

I effin hate playing Hazard in the ‘false 9’.

To me when we’re doing that, we’re effectively starting the team with 10 men.

As bad as Giroud may be, he’s more natural to play there than Hazard. For me he needed a chance to play himself in to form in the event we weren’t going to re-call Tammy.

I'm not fussed bout Higuain anymore tbh. I expect him to fail but at the end of the day he can't be worse than Morata or Giroud have been, and we can't play with a false 9 as a team. So what the hell, lets get behind it.

I will say for once at least the deal is very good on our end. Looking back there's little chance we'd wind up regretting it, worse case scenario it'll have been a waste of time.

Which is why bringing back Tammy is a win win situation.

He sinks, we're no worse off, he's a success - we've saved a chunk of cash for Roman!

Something I saw on FB earlier today.

Tammy Abraham (aged 21) on loan record;-
45 goals in 77 starts over 2.5 seasons.

Harry Kane (aged 20 when recalled) on loan record;-
14 goals in 56 games over 3 seasons.

I haven't researched it's validity but it's food for thought!

Maybe - but I have to work during the day, as well as scour social media for Chelsea related info and populate JA606 articles!

Cavani for 50 million pounds for 2-3 seasons would have been good if we had actually tried to sign him & I am sure he would have come to us.
