With Poch and Ole rumoured to be the frontrunners for the permanent role, I'm interested to see what people consider to be the strengths (and weaknesses) of each to o see if this identifies who really is the stronger candidate, or if it reveals there to be a different candidate we should be looking at instead.

This is fast becoming the dumbest comment in football.
.....
It is correct though. Poch has had plenty of doors open too him to win a trophy. Each time he has come up short.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's not correct at all. Saying it's proven he can't win anything is like saying it's proven a player can't score a goal at one club when he's had little support behind him.
It's a really dumb argument and dismisses the context of what he has to deal with at Spurs.

He lost the league to Leicester ffs

He doesn't does he.
His stupid comment 'as did the other 18 coaches' for example.
None of the others were involved in a two horse race with Leicester.
Poch managed to turn it into a three horse one.

So we are mocking a manager for finishing 2nd. Blimey. God help Ole.

Wenger, Mourinho, LVG, Pellegrini were all managing then. All managers who had won something but they weren't even involved in a race.

I know. It’s a ridiculous to mock Poch for finishing above all of those managers. They must have an agenda.
