The blame game....

Some people seem to need a scapegoat for defeats, poor form, so instead of blaming the team as a whole, let's blame an individual, the focus at the moment seems to be on Adam Forshaw.

So is he the biggest culprit in the team showing poor form and prone to mistakes? Let me give you a couple of names that I think have made bigger mistakes...poor judgement and poor discipline.

You decide who is the worst culprit: Forshaw, caught in possession that led to Norwich goal.

Phillips, sent off, forced to play with 10 men, the consequence was missing upcoming important games.

Janssen, sent off, forced to play with 10 men, the consequence was missing an important game.

Hard to quantify the seriousness of the above players mistakes, but I will have a go, scale of 0 to 10: Forshaw 5/10. Phillips 10/10. Janssen 9/10.
If we make scapegoats out of individuals who make bad mistakes we will find it hard to put out a team! I like all 3 of the above, they usually bring good skills and make an effective difference.

Agree with all the comments so far, I think it's very unfair to single out one player and not mention the many mistakes of others.
Just my opinion but I thought Forshaw was Man of the Match against Derby...but like many in the team, some mentioned in comments, he's struggling for consistency...I concede that Phillips after his rest would be a better option right now...could they both play in the Boro game, probably not, but wouldn't be surprised if they did?

Ayling has been playing like he's been p1ssed for the last month or so....yet he seems to get a pass from fans.

One misplaced from Alioski and its like he's killed the family pet.

BPF, Alioski and foreshaw have been the whipping boys. Someone starts it, momentum builds.

Everybody loves Pontus, me included... but he lost posession and then got sent off at stoke, before then he messed up two headers from corners... his job... at forest and of course messed up again on Saturday.

Phillips, Cooper, Klich, Douglas to differing degrees have all messed up leading to goals recently.

New keeper gets nutmegged.

We’re getting mistakes in a run... it’s like some infectious Fck up disease is going round the dressing room.

Some or possibly many on here have been saying how fantastic KP has been this season, now there is a debate Forshaw or KP ? Seems very strange. Did Bielsa get it wrong not bringing back KP for Norwich?
Maybe other Bielsa mistakes too in that match.
As for players not being good enough there are a few, very strange we didn’t strengthen in January.

Forshaw is a steady player, doesn’t offer enough for my liking.
When being responsible for giving goals away he becomes a liability that can’t give enough to make up for those mistakes.

A number of players have been poor. I still argue Harrison needs to practise putting in good crosses into the box and players need to be in there ready to head or tap the ball in. We play so much like Arsenal, all this possession and then we waste it in the opponents pen box.

We are all guilty of what you say, but its because we want Leeds to do well and we want them to go up. Our squad doesn't make it easy for MB to turn to other players when certain players are out of sorts.

Harrison is another, not good enough so far.

Just a thought but reports suggesting Bielsa is working (training) them too hard, if true is it having an adverse effect in performance, prone to making too many mistakes?

Harrison has got quality though. Can see theres a player in there.
