Little bit of info for you all, Heskey wanted 60k a week, the club aren't prepared to pay that much, so he WON'T be signing.
Yakubu, however, WILL be signing for a fee of around £3.5m.

I know that Heskey is not on that much at Villa. I think your source may have exaggerated a little.... ornate it up.

I heard he was on £60000 a week, but only heresay - when you look what most international players are on it wouldn't surprise me - I do think these big name signings are out of our price bracket when it comes to paying their wages!
