Was at the game today and the highlight was being able to get to the tube without getting caught by that irritating traffic light system.
The game was awful. We had lots of possession but that’s simply because arsenal allowed us to. Their game plan was to sit back and hit us on the break. And it almost got them 3 points.
Any team can give us a nightmare of a game if they play like that. Our attack is toothless and our defence gives opportunities to every oppositiom, often through individual errors.
And the state of the squad is so worrying. We were reduced to Wanyama and sissoko in cm, 2 players that can’t pass nor control the ball, thus reducing us to hoof ball. Our fbs are appalling and all our cbs look like they have mistakes in them.
The options on the ball were appalling today. How many times I saw our man in possession surrounded by 3 g00n players and getting no support.
As a final note, I’ve never known someone as big as Sissoko get knocked down as much. Is he actually bulky or does he just stuff toilet paper down his shirt pre game?
We are so easy to play against

Ahhhh it's Poch out time again.
You look really leggy recently. You don't play with the same dynamism you used to so it becomes quite easy to defend against. Missing Alli as well. Nobody seems to be making those runs into the box that he does.

Only the idiots are poch out mate.
Definitely missing Dele, he has such a unique set of skills that no one else has in our squad.
Should be back next weekend and I reckon our performances will be on the up again.

I think criticising Sissoko is wrong, he was good and strong today. At least he looked like he wanted to go forward.
For my two pennyworth I would have moved Verts forward into the middle of the park to inject some life into our play.
The couple of times we actually moved the ball forward at pace we looked dangerous.

*idiot
That's who I was laughing at, Hengy. It's like clockwork.
I'm not his greatest fan, as I've probably expressed in the past, but he's absolutely vital to Spurs so I suspect your performances and results will pick up once he's back and settled in again.

Sissoko was our best player by a countrymile today Genius, he put other players to shame. Truth is he should really be our player of the season.

Hengy - totally agree about Alli👍
We miss his creativity and the way he links Kane and the midfield.
He’s frustrating because he plays on the edge, so if it comes off it’s a chance or goal but looks bad if it doesn’t.

This and his ability to find space between the lines is uncanny.
