Thankfully, Saturday’s slip hasn’t cost us in our gap at the top. Rangers drawing on Friday meant a draw wasn’t a disaster but what’s disappointing is the lack of effort and determination in our play to go 10 clear and effectively kill any small hope Rangers still had.

I’m willing to cut the majority of players a little slack given that’s our first dropped points since December 29th, 12 games domestically, 11 wins and a draw.

Where I won’t cut slack is with Lennon and his absolutely baffling team selection and substitutions. Burke ahead of Edouard? Is he actually off his rocker? It’s not even a flucking contest man, Burke’s a god awful footballer and even for him he took his ridiculously bad first and second touch to a whole new level on saturday, that one he ran out of play summed him up, he’s hopeless, absolutely hopeless. He’s going to be up front for Scotland as well

Then the subs from Lennon, takes off our only creative spark in henderson, leaves on 2 sitting midfielders, both of which were chronic btw, Bitton looked like he was on Valium. Then he brings on Johnston before Weah, mind boggling.

Johnston isn’t ready for this stage of the season, he done well in those 2 games in December but he’s miles off it still and should be playing reserve football for a few months to try get him regular game time. A few month in the gym wouldn’t hurt the boy either, a fart could blow him over.

Thought Ajer and Boyata were our best players, Ajer so unlucky too with that VVD esque run in the first half. Toljan’s woeful btw, get Lustig back in there right now

It does make Sunday against Dundee a must win now, Rangers have 2 big games this week, both of which they need to win to keep their season alive so we must take full advantage of 7 days rest and win with a few to spare for the GD sake to ensure we’re practically 9 clear going into that OF game on the 31st.

Anyway, another round of games done and 8 clear so not all bad
