Where does Hazard stand?

I find it hard to understand him as a player. On one hand he's capable of scoring incredible goals and making incredible performances like the game tonight. One the other hand, you can't compare him to players like Neymar and Mbappe and, at the level above, Ronaldo and Messi because he just doesn't score enough goals. He doesn't have the consistency of end product required of a world class forward. Is he world class or isn't he? Is he a great player or isn't he?

It's frustrating. If he was a better goalscorer I'd consider him one of the best players in the world. But whichever way you look at it, he doesn't score enough goals for a world class forward. It doesn't matter if he can score goals that are beautiful like that, you can't pretend that that isn't the case. It's a shame because he has the talent to be one of the best in the world, but he never will be.
