I feel even with the threat of being banned the following the summer the only positions we need urgent strengthening are at LB and ST (plus a Hazard replacement if Eden goes, ideally Pepe).
Everywhere else I believe we have quality be it on the pitch already or with the academy players. I think James can take Zappacosta's place (and then likely Azpi's if his decline carries on at the rapid rate it has been) and Mount can come in to compete with Loftus and Barkley for number 8. The only position we may need to dip into the market to beyond what I said is a low cost Jorginho back up/competition, maybe Kova at a reasonable price aslong as he's never used in LCM again.
I think we should focus all our budget on getting some serious quality at LB and ST because both those positions are holding us back the same way CB and GK was holding Klopp's project back at Liverpool pre last January and I do believe we will be a much better team for it, even if the worse comes to the worse and we lose Eden.

Rolling into next season with Pepe, Pulisic & CHO would be very intriguing. Three of the most hyped youngsters in Europe. Has the makings of being a stroke of genius or totally blowing up in our faces.

Free and no risk option up top would be dzeko for me, think he could do a good job in our system and him and Tammy wouldn't bother me too much at all

Pepe exciting young winger from Lille, last player we signed from them didn't turn out too badly.
Yep striker is massive, Jovic, Icardi basically anyone but Higuain.

If we can sign someone, it must be a striker,first and foremost. Is Werner still available,or even the guy who played for Oporto last night,in the first half he gave the 'Pool defense a bit of a runaround,ok his shooting was a bit erratic,but he's young and enthusiastic,reminds me of a young Drogba,and look how he turned out !
