How will that guy get past due diligence ffs and if he does what does that say about the state of English football

As it seems that he is now the new owner and if he passes the EFL tests, he has the opportunity to make his promises reality. If he does that and can invest money into the club and run if properly, I'm sure that the fans will back him.

If not it will be a continuing disaster. The fans have no option but to wait and see what Mr. Bassini does.
