That’s it been confirmed that Stevie Chalmers has passed.
I had met him a few times, and he was always a gentleman.
RIP.

Followed by the look between contempt and pity. Doesn’t even merit a response.

So, even in an obituary thread for the man who scored the most important goal in Celtics history, Pointy manages to drag things down beneath the gutter.

Posted this before.
My 2 favourite Lions were always John Clark & Stevie.
As men, not just gifted footballers.
They both remind me of my hero Jimmy Quinn.
This time last week we had 5.
Now 3.
At least we still have Johnny.

I assume your asterisked thread was about the same topic?!
I don’t think anyone would grumble over another thread for a man like Stevie Chalmers.
