That's a stat I wasn't aware of.

Looking at it since Paul Gascoigne won it a quarter of a century ago a Celtic player has won it 19 of the 24.

That's near 90%.

And that includes many years when we were really krap.

Can probably debate most of the awards. Callum McGregor over Forrest? I’m sure some would put forward a case for Morelos as well. Ajer not included in the YPOTY, or Edouard for that matter. The boy Turnbull at Motherwell seems to have had a more productive season than Kent. The team of the year as well-there’s probably Celtic fans that wouldn’t have Boyata or Brown in there.
