Simon's Managerial style ?

Do you think that Simons strategy / tatics is more in the vein of Kevin Keegan's "Let's score more than the oposition" rather than the George Graham School of Defensive Lock Down "Keep em out !! Then score 1 to win " ? because we do not have a defence but plenty of attackers !!

Maybe in a sarcastic gesture that's what Alex Ferguson ( pfft pstt splutter ) was hinting at by putting Berbatov in his back four against us !!! *Wry Smile ~~ "

This little snippet from the BBC really possed me off.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15006682.stm

When we signed kasper every leeds fan said how brilliant it was to get him. Most of us last season were worried about losing him and Max, and then it happened. Since selling Kasper many of us have said we got a good deal and a decent replacement. But the big thing is that Kasper was playing in front of the 2nd worse defence in the league.

Sven's no mug and when he says we got a good buy, it means bates didn't cash in enough ....

Roz I dont think 'managerial' or 'style' comes into it with SG. Worried about his management and he deffo has no style when being intervied

I think Simon Grayson struggles with man-management; not an easy skill to acquire.

Simon Grayson's style couldn't be further from Kevin Keegan's.

Keegan would have taken us up comfortably.

Grayson is actually the most negative manager I have ever known. He's just such a poor manager that he can't build a decent defence to suit his style.

All our problems are caused by the conflict between Grayson's negative tactics and players who like to attack all the time, coupled with poor defenders.

The Preston game is the perfect example of how Grayson is scared of open games and how it costs us.

We often have to come from behind in games and never kill teams off.

Paul Hart has been a manager in his own right. Why would he want to work under a manager as bad as Grayson?

I've said it many times,

Grayson thinks tactics is a small packet of mints.
