As if coming dead last at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 wasn't bad enough, now the UK's score for Michael Rice has been lowered even more.
The UK initially accumulated 16 points with the song 'Bigger Than Us' at the event on Saturday (May 18).
Now the score has been dropped by a further five points, bringing Michael's total to 11 after an error led to a "substitute" set of points being dished out, following the Belarus jury being dismissed.
The jury was removed as they revealed their votes from the semi-final, which is against the contest's rules.

To be fair I'd have removed the remaining eleven points also. It was awful.

I don’t know why the UK even bothers with the competition. You could have the second coming of George Michael and you’d finish last or near last.
The rest of Europe doesn’t like you. It’s all political now anyway.

Agree, it's all predictable who everyone will vote for anyway. And it's all a fix because since when were Australia European?
Surprised Russia don't win it that much tbh, they'll have all of their side countries voting for them.

I did like it when Wogan was doing it, but the songs are always rubbish.
