ECB and headingley

What does the ECB have against headingley exactly? Negated in the last ashes and the next two.

2013 Ashes venues: Lord's, Trent Bridge, Old Trafford, Durham, The Oval.

2015 Ashes venues: Lord's, Trent Bridge, Cardiff, Edgbaston, The Oval.

Headingley didn’t get a test match last year or this year either. What is going on? The ECB should have stuck with the 6 orignal test playing grounds(Lord's, Headingly, Edgbaston, Old Trafford, Trent Bridge and the Oval)

First off, I'm not wumming, just having a laugh with Afridi...He likes to joke around with me about Villa, and I like to joke around with him about the 'Mighty' Leeds.

And it seems having a 'B' in GCSE English has not paid off...
