According to Sky news Arsenal fans wearing Henrikh Mkhitaryan shirts are being stopped by police in Baku 'for their safety' , so much for the welcome that was promised.
Uefa should hang their heads in shame for holding the final here

All the Arsenal fans in Baku have been put in minibus and sent back to their hotel.

Is that true? I’m so glad I didn’t go, maybe a good thing it was so hard to get there

They’re not being harassed at all. If they’re daft enough to go out and wear something that is likely to be provocative, and don’t have the sense to realise it, then they need some guidance.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What? daft enough to wear a football shirt with a footballers name on it on the day of a football match
----------------------------------------------------------------------
dumb-ass...look at the bigger picture
----------------------------------------------------------------------
dumb ass twat...it doesn't matter, it's still just a football shirt, not a political statement.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well it isn't just a football shirt in this scenario
Or do you think lots of arsenal fans just happen to be wearing his shirt
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Irrelevant argument imo. It was pretty idiotic I'll admit but If this is how they react to his shirt name, how would they have reacted to his actual presence?

I'm going to Baku next Thursday, booked it in January. I know full well that there are tensions between them and Armenia over a disputed piece of territory. I know that if you have visited Armenia or have Armenian documents on you then are likely to be kicked out of the country. So yeah I've been to Sports Direct and brought myself an Armenian football shirt
The fans knew about Miki, they shouldn't be so stupid and should respect the rules of another country. My dad was taken to an office at Manchester airport fornwearing a Leeds shirt there. Our flight was diverted there yet the same thing does happen in England, not just in Azerbaijan.

Probably had 2Kgs of Charlie and a couple of illegal immigrants stuffed up it.

I've heard of footy fans doing some dumbass stuff before. But I think the dumber end of ours might just have taken the cake here.
Forget disrespectful (though it is highly), these people are all crazy passionate about the topic. The dumbass gooners in question, rather than maoning or feeling hard done by. Might wanna just thank their lucky stars they didn't end up kicked to death by an angry mob as soon as they were caught sight of.
They're all IDIOTS! And they're lucky they're all still alive and unharmed to moan about it sky sports or whoever.
