Europa League finals shame stat

21 out of 22 players that started in yesterday's Europa League finals are not British (forget about English)

And you want England to win things..

Well the good thing is we’ve got a group of academy players coming through who wouldn’t have got the opportunities to play next season had we been in the CL.

Worked for Tottenham when they were in the Europa. Maybe it’ll work for us too.

Shocking from both teams but more so Arsenal

You need a British spine and some players coming through the ranks who know and love the club.

Christensen was a product of our youth team too

Obviously not British but I dont really care about British in general. No difference between him and Ampadu for me in our squad because I dont support Wales

English yeah fair enough

What's shocking is out of 5 goals scored Arsenal only scored one and if it wasn't for Cech it would've been a lot more. Most fans on here care more about their club than their Country when it comes to winning trophies ie they'd rather win the Premier/Champions League than England win the Euro's/World Cup exceptions being those fans that have witnessed their club win everything and would like to witness England winning it in their lifetime.

We don't have the manager for it though..

The irony is that Arsenal are not even very good at signing good "non-English" players judging from yesterday's debacle!
