Losing Eriksen, Like Pool Losing Coutinho ?

Dunno whether there's any validity in it, but heard a couple of journalist on TalkSport last night saying that Eriksen has told the club that he wants to play in Spain in next season (sounds like Barca, RM & Athelti are all in rebuilding mode) & that's the reason Spurs have been "fairly" quick out of the blocks in bidding for Lo Celso & N'Dombele

Question is, if this is true and Eriksen does leave (as I expect him to do) could we find ourselves in a similar situation to what Liverpool did when they sold Coutinho ?..... Get good money for a fine player who might be in need of a new challenge

If Eriksen leaves does Dele become the new number 10 (we all know the strength of his understanding with Kane). The likes of Moura & Sonny can attack from wide areas (their strength) and a central midfield option of Lo Celso, N'Dombele, Winks & Sissoko is really solid

Lose a great player to become a stronger team overall ????

we will only keep him if he signs a new deal and plenty of clubs will want him

wouldn't be shocked to see him at Athletico now Griezmann has bought himself out of his contract

Would he want to go to Atletico though?

Not knocking them, massive new stadium like us and a great club, but in the prime of your career having spent 7 seasons with us, if he wants to now leave for a better chance of regular trophies, is Atletico really going to be that team? Especially with Griezmann leaving.

who knows mate..... I suspect its really all about Money.... he's been underpaid for the last few years at Spurs (dunno who's fault that is ) but Athletico pay (Griezmann was one of the highest paid in Spain.

I could see him at City, Pep type player, David Silva cant go on for forever

would think Bayern would look at him... They are looking to rebuild

Maybe Juve will go for him?

Agree can't see Madrid or Barca having enough for him and why would he leave for Atleti who are similar to Spurs? Side move if anything...unless he really does just want to play in Spain no matter the team.

I agree plenty want him, i just don't see either of the big 2 in Spain being able to pay the money required to get him this summer.

I'd fancy Levy to break the wage structure rather than risk losing out on a potentially huge fee.

Bayern or Juve if they lose Dybala could be interested. Probably again too rich for Bayern though.

Good point. Maybe Eriksen is waiting on Poch to leave for Juve and would follow him in my view

I am turning into Sandy now

No, no let's be positive! We are buying MBappe !

Think city will get Bruno if silva leaves. Guys amazing and perfect replacement.
Can only see juve or psg going for Eriksen. Been under paid by Spurs so deserves a bumper deal. Problem is levy values him super high despite his wages not matching his value, and it's hard to see team's paying what he asks when his contracts running down.

Best thing would be paybthe guy the wage he deserves and have him stay. Ndombele would be a major coup but he isn't Eriksen. Guys a beast but will cost mega money as everyone wants him. Will spurs offer the best salary/deal? History tells me prob not unfort

I’m not buying into the whole sell Eriksen and rebuild the midfield thing. Fair enough it’s necessary if he’s willing to run down his contract until the end of next season to leave on a free, in which case we need to recoup some money, but I don’t think it will improve us

Spurs fans hugely under appreciate Eriksen’s influence. He’s one of the very best playmakers in world football ffs
