Lots of rumour indicating Sarri is as good as the next Juventus Manager. I don't blame, majority of the match going fans don't fancy him. There is this toxic divide among the world fan base which is none of his fault. The board may not really like him to stay.
I would have love Sarri to stay another year or two but it seems his heart is set on the move. I wish him all the best.
Going forward, one name that came out of the blue is Steve Holland. He is my prefared choice. He knows the club inside out and can help steady the ship as it's almost looking certain, Chelsea will serve the season transfer ban.
Thoughts?
Steve Holland.

Holland another perfectly acceptable choice, which I'll have no qualms about being appointed.

Been in and around the club for the past decade, and has been the unofficial manager at some points (e.g. Hiddink's second tenure).
The brains behind the current progressive England set-up.

I wouldn't be against this. I'd rather go for someone with a strong affiliation to the club. I think that's what we need right now because the priority is all about bringing through this next gen of Chelsea stars from within.
And that won't be achieved with an outsider who knows nothing about the club. Lamps+Morris would probably be my favourite choice at the moment.

Tragic that we’re letting Sarri go. If we had got Pep he would have been sacked after one year too. How can any manager be expected to build something long term when he’s not given time to get the foundations in place. Crazy the way our club is run. It’s not the managers who need sacking - it’s the board. Who was responsible for making the illegal signings that got us banned from making transfers? Are they being sacked? Until we have people on the board who know what they are doing, we will continue to see our club run like a circus.

Yeah - it may be too late at this stage. But we should have been supporting him all along, and he may not have got so fed up with being our manager. I wouldn't blame him if he'd prefer to go to Juventus - they know how to treat managers correctly.
