Graeme Cummins

Accordong to the Bham Mail, we are watching this 23yo striker from Cork City.
Ironically, Cork is also our base for a pre-season tour of Ireland.
I have copied this from Wiki for information on the lad.
"In March 2010 Graham signed for his local club Cork City. Graham was called up to the Ireland U23 squad versus Estonia in September 2010. He played the full 90 minutes in a 1-0 away win. In October 2010 Graham was named in the PFAI First Division Team of the Year and won the PFAI First Division Player of the Year award. He finished the season as City's top scorer, and joint top scorer in the First Division with 18 league goals. Graham scored his first hat-trick for City in a 5-0 league win over Finn Harps on 15 April 2011."

I only hope AM if/when he does sign some more players actually uses them and becomes more adventurous with his tactics.
Problem seems to be if any players turn out to be 'flair' ones AM doesn't seem to know how best to play them or else reprimands them for not running themselves into the ground game in game out.
I always remember quite a long time back when AM was interviewed on TV and said that players are always playing for their places which are based on performance and the following week played players who were coming back from injury, dropping players from the previous game who had played well but unfortunately for them were not from the 'inner-sanctum'.
