Well fair play to you then junction8, but I know full well, there were loads screaming he wouldn't make it at Spurs in his early days at the club.

i think the pace and fury of the EPL catches many foreign players out.

but he's adapted and looks like he could be a real force for us,and parker can only help that developement i would say.

Spurcat - Well he had a pretty slow start as he arrived late and wasn't registered for the CL at first but once he'd got into the team (partly through necessity) and I have to say did well he became the new hero for lots of fans.

I'm not knocking him either as he's made a promising impact but he needs to follow that through. It may not be easy for a young lad in a foreign country either.

Now to get on the bandwagon...

It was only a couple of weeks ago that 'Arry said (in words from his own mouth) that when we get Parker and Sandro together, we'll be very hard to beat, and that Modric can "play elswhere", can play different ways.

Now, if ever there was a game that suited playing two DMs, it's got to be Wigan away, hasn't it?

That said, I think 'Arry was talking before the 'pool game, and probably still had the memory of Niko's fat backside wobbling around at CM. Maybe he's a bit happier now.
