Are you prevented from signing anyone at present or could you in theory make a cheeky signing before anything happens?

We can sign players whenever we want, we just can't register them to play until either than ban is frozen or over, think similar to the situation with Arda Turan at Barca or Diego Costa at Atletico.

They are currently banned until CAS decides to investigate and postpone or not

this is potentially worse than a ban

Didn't I read in the last day or so we had to wait for written reasons from FIFA for why their application was denied, before they could go to CAS.

Fackin farce....being lectured to by FIFA....jumped up filth pot of corruption that it is...
