I am not English, so i am going to give you a perspective of England from the other side of the pond...

You all have issues.

Tribalism has caused massive rifts in your national team support. It just seems odd that a fan would support a player in a national team - who just weeks earlier - was hated because he played for a rival.

Completley disagree Roy Keane is one of my favourite ever players.

Yeah was a big fan of Rooney, Scholes, Rio and Ashley Cole. Hargreaves too. Beckham of course. Liked Sheringham.

Some people just like getting drunk and fighting.

You missed out on a great summer last year because of your irrational hatred.

When Dele scored against Sweden my Arsenal mate ran around the pub celebrating. When England play club rivalries become irrelevant.

Especially with this young team and Southgate rejuvenating interest in the national team.

Luckily the majority of the country wants our national team to do well
