So, Clarke's first game in charge. Another new era? How many Killie players will be in the team? Anyway it's one we really should win, even if some folk tell us there are no easy games any more. Good luck lads!

And for the record yes we won yesterday but got out of jail good substitution but probably should have played Burke from the start instead if had done might have been a few goals ahead early doors instead of scraping a lucky win at the end wonder how the reaction would have been had we drawn yesterday and we were lucky that's not how it panned out, don't tell me we planned it that way, Stevie Clarke the genius haha, we will tease the fans before scoring a last minute winner because we are that good we can do that, Oh come on😂

Tough viewing that last night.
Midfield 3 were absolutely god awful, McGinn was atrocious man.
Forrest largely anonymous, O’Donnell looks like he needs 6 touches to bring a ball under and I felt sorry for Brophy, next to no service into his feet.
That said, thought the other 3 at the back did well, although they were hardly against top quality forwards.
A lot of work to be done but a draw against Belgium seems a miracle away.

For me the cb's are really poor. They don't play a high line and drop too deep which invites pressure. Frazer and Robinson were our only quality players.
I expected much better from Forrest. Mctominay is a much better player than McGinn.
The Celtic youth academy is awful. When you reject a player like Robinson because he is small you know their judgement of players is not up to a high level.
Clarke is well known as a top coach in the world of football and with time he will improve the team.
McLeish is a dinosaur of a coach and he is a big sam clone.

Are you just typing Robinson rather that Robertson for attention?
I'm trying to work out what kind of condition would cause a person to do that

and Fraser with a Z
McGinn has had a terrific season for Villa, much more dynamic than McTominay imo

Yeah agree Mcginn is more dynamic and can score a few decent goals too but is prone to a kamikaze pass or two or three, etc mctominlay more safe passing wise but playing well at a higher level than Mcginn up until now.

Thing is alex McLeish shouldn't have got the job in the first place no one wanted him at club level so we appoint him at international level👍. Makes sense also I'll health wasn't a good move, but yesterday we were lucky if that had ended up as a draw and we hadn't the back-up if a play-off which by the way alex McLeish got us into this scenario we could well be kissing goodbye to the euros already and have to prepare for the next world cup, don't like the play-off allows for complacency for these group games, preferred the 2 auto places and play-off for best 3rd placed teams which we originally had, if we can't qualify that way we are fooling ourselves being there in the first place.
