It's a shame we never got a chance to see what his actual vision for us would have been but I suspect his plans would have been further hamstrung for another year without being able to bring in more of the type of player he needed plus the obvious disadvantage of having Hazard to bale us out.
Good luck to him in his new venture, it's a shame he couldn't have come to us at a less volatile time!.
From a Chelsea perspective I think it's another PR disaster, having to bring in another manager and starting from scratch all over again!
