Well he was Villa's supporters and players player of the year. Klich won Jack in the Leeds awards. Seeing as he won his awards ahead of Abrahams, who was second top scorer in the league, and Greilish, who both must be worth at least £25m, then hes deffo worth a fair bit more than £5m.

Yeah, player of the season for a team that finished fifth in the Championship is a prestigious award. Really helped drive Villa forward after their fourth place finish the previous year.

No-one is saying he is world beater. Just that he is by all accounts good enough for Leeds. If Greilish is attracting the likes of spurs and Abrahams is going to get his chance at Chelsea, why isn't a player that outperformed them good enough for a decent PL team?
