Happy with the signings so far (not that any of us know much about them, in all honesty) .... but the RB position is just a big, glaring hole, and has been for a very long time. Lustig had been “filling” that position for at least 2 seasons now, without offering any real energy or outlet going forward ... other than for the “receive the ball, turn back inside and pass back/sideways” trademark move. Man down against any decent left winger as well. Wanted another 3 year deal but ...

Aye, that’s what’s worrying me! Losing KT woud be bad enough, but getting that donkey as a makeweight in the deal would be a serious downer.

Reports down south saying we’ve had a £3.5M bid for Tommy Smith accepted.

Liked the look of Stacey more, but hey ho ... any fecking RB will do at this late stage. Anybody we’re negotiating with now though will be well aware of how desperate we are for a RB, and that will reflect in the asking price.

Looks to be something in this 'Tommy Smith for Celtic' rumour.

As DTJ said 'any feckin RB will do at this late stage'. Plucked from Man City development squad and played plenty of games for Huddersfield.

Let's see if we get it over the line.
