Time for Boards to stand up and say to ICC that India will not host 2023 World Cup. Its Pakistan turn since among major test nations, Pakistan has been put to longest wait. Security situation is as good as any other country and stadiums and hospitality is among the best in the world.
Cricket has suffered a lot after BCCI has taken control. Few quality fast bowlers are emerging, competitiveness between batsman and bowling is all time low and quality of international cricket has gone down sharply. Its largely attributable to BCCI and other mickey mouse boards who initiated this t-20 league ,amended laws for batsmen to have bigger bats and 50 over game to be played with 2 balls. Only England and India have improved since 80's and 90's that because England were going through downside in 90's and game is becoming more favourable towards batting which is India's biggest strength.
What has surprised me is support of ACB & ECB to Indian cricket board because these boards have vast resources and are oldest cricket nation yet they have tolerated measures that led to decline in quality.
Time to be audacious and tell u do not have birth right to host major tournament at expense of other nations. They can take their share of revenue but rights of other nations will not be compromised like hosting, cricket scheduling etc.

If you actually watched "The Verdict", Tymal Mills talked very seriously about how steps were being made to get more people to play in Pakistan and what efforts are being made to give confidence to players about their safety.
