When will people realise that Howson

hmm maybe? - I like centre backs as captains though, call me old fashioned - not sure we have anyone who can do it.. I mean to be captain, not defend of course

Lead by example and have captains charisma, notable candiates at Leeds United:

Adam Clayton
Luciano Becchio
Varynen (im familiar with the guy)

Becchio a good idea, but can't speak very good English, Clayton for me is a bit young to be a captain..

Clayton is only a year or two below Howson????

They often say teams take on the demeanor of their Manager. Look at Grayson, he looks as soft as grease
on the side line and in interviews. Fiery he is not.

Maybe the team is taking his lead? I think it's time we signed a couple of nasty Scots. Not bothered how good they are. As long as they swear a lot, have a couple of teeth missing in the front, scream at team mates when they are in the wrong, oh, and love to fight and tackle above the knee.

doesnt matter if howson is captain if he isnt good enough then he shouldnt be in the team

dont get me wrong im a massive howson fan but only when he plays in the att mid role, when he plays centre mid were carrying a player, not his fault it isnt his position, problem is howson is still a better centre mid than brown!
