Yay or Nay?
There's an ongoing debate by some MPs on whether to ban the use of hands free phones while driving.
Question: How's this different from chatting to a fellow passenger while driving?

"Riled much?"
Ah man, chill out - I've no idea where this has come from.

Surprised you didn't double post again...

Yeh, posting twice is the true sign of being riled up.
Seriously, where did all this come from? We were just having a discussion and you went crazy.
Bad day?
Chill out mate

I just think it's pathetic that people are so utterly incapable of accepting that others have opinions that differ to theirs. It's mind boggling to be frank.
I'll always happily admit if I'm wrong, and will happily concede a point if somebody makes a stronger counter point.
Have you ever once done that on JA606? Of course not. So I pointed out how bigoted you were - you may as well just accept that.
And I commute 15 hours a week, every day is a bad day

What have I said that makes you think I don't accept that you have a different opinion to me?
And actually, yes I have. I often talk about the need to accept differing opinions - I did it yesterday in the debate about VAR.
Chill out mate, I'm not here to fall out with you and I genuinely didn't think I'd posted anything that would have led to that. I thought we were just having a debate and my comment about the inconvenience to drivers was intended as light hearted.

Then Winston I stand corrected.
But I've seen your multi-day arguments with the likes of TOOR...
Also I think falling out is vastly overstating a heated debate on an anonymous forum

Fair point.
Mate, I'm definitely not perfect and I do argue things way longer than is necessary, but generally I am absolutely in agreement that we're all entitled to our opinion.
I think a large part of the issue is that forums like this are where we voice our views and often debating them means we become even more entrenched than we were to begin with.

Unfortunately a lot of posters wear "being right" as some sort of badge of pride.

I can't really say much without being hypocritical to be fair, but I do try to take the right approach when I can.
Now, where were we?
Oh yeh... making a phone call whilst driving? That's a ridiculous opinion and you're wrong.
