He just has unreal delivery for forwards to attack. Imagine somebody like Ruud, RVP or Drogba with a player like KDB....

I’m a massive an of him, and he still has unreal delivery but I think he has lost a bit of athleticism and consistency with his touch since out injured. Tbf maybe just rusty having essentially being ‘stop and start’ since the start of last season. Sometimes he relinquishes easy turnovers quite regularly for a player of his quality. And he seems to have completely lost ability to take a player on one on one..guy was never Messi but capable of beating players especially driving centrally.

Still, most assists for any PL player since start of 15/16 and that’s with majority of last season out.

Owen, Fowler and Torres would have probably scored more if they didn't have to spend the entire game ducking out of the way of Gerrard's umpteen 40-yard punts at goal.

I’m not. Gerrard was a great player and did many things better than KDB but he didn’t whip in balls like him imo.

Gerrard had arguably a better delivery than KDB.

It would have been a gift to the world to see Gerrard playing in a team full of world class players in every position who finish off his passes with aplomb and make him look much better.

Handy differential in FF at the mo, assist king!

There are players I would pay to watch even if they don't play for my team, Henry and Bergkamp were 2, Hazard and Zola are two others, and in today football it's KDB, brilliant player.

Gerrard is not as good as KDB when it comes to crossing, you scousers are talking out your starfish.
