Both teams unbeaten since the opening day of the season, and by the stats seems fairly matched, although Fulham have won their last 3 whereas Forest have won 1 and drawn 2
I think once again this could go either way - Fulham would be slight favourites with their impressive free scoring of late, but Forest although at times seem quite suspect, have a knack of fighting back and grinding out a point against the odds
I think Fulham have the advantage here, considering they still have largely a Premiership squad, but there’s no doubt Forest have quality and depth in their squad which should be a match for any team
It all depends with team decides to turn up for Forest, and of course, will Joe Lolley start?
I’d be happy with a point, ecstatic with 3, but fearing we could get turned over by a strong Fulham outfit
As I say it all depends on what team turn up for Forest - it could be a cracker of a game if the Manager gets his tactics, formation and attitude right
Here’s hoping

FULHAM v FOREST - MATCH THREAD

Great win, we have been so much better at defending so far this season. That definitely gives us a good base to build from. A few more results like this and we are starting to look like we can be pushing for play offs

Agreed, SL has his priorities right and so far has the defence looking pretty solid. We have skilful attacking players but that doesn't matter if you're always leaking goals.
From Radio Nottingham commentary it sounded like we could have gone 3-0 up, hit them on the break superbly, but had to weather a storm at the end after Fulham got one back. Great win.

Some decent goals there. Both well finished by Grabban who looked assured.
Two fantastic saves from Samba. He looks quality.
Great tracking and winning back of the ball by Sammy Ameobi for the second goal. That kind of hard work gets rewarded in this league.

Nice to hear the Junior Agogo chant ringing out from the away end at Craven Cottage on the highlights. 👏🏼

To be completely honest, I started the season a little numb, and disillusioned after yet another sacking and influx of players I know very little about.
But looks like i was wrong
It’s so positive that the likes of Dawson, Worrall, Cash and to a lesser extent Appiah and Johnson have played a part so far. I feared the opposite!
you can see a team forming with a plan on how they want to play. The newer players look quality, and it’s starting to get a little exciting to see where they can take us.

They definitely appear to be finding their feet. The result yesterday was one that will make others in the league sit up and take notice. There’ll be a lot of opposition managers analysing what Lamouchi has done differently with Forest so far that has made them significantly more of a threat so far.

Certainly makes the weekend brighter after an impressive win!

I’m hoping we see a bit more of Johnson and Appiah. More than likely they’ll get a chance on Tuesday. Ameobi admitted yesterday that he had never worked so hard during a game.

Did he, I missed that but again what a reassuring sign!
We have had reasonable starts before, I can’t help looking for the differences
