DDG

How many chances do we give this guy before he is dropped?. He has been sh*te for months costing us god knows how many points. Time for Romero to be giving a chance. DDG prob not even in the top 10 best keepers at the min.

He's never been "sh*te" - and claiming he is is just the same as claiming he is the things the idiots kept claiming he was. Hardly progressive.

Coco is, and always has been, in simple terms an ordinary goalkeeper (by epl standards), and the issues he had/has are not the sort you can coach out of him.

Those that don't understand the overall package a team needs from the keeper are always going to think he was better than he was/is. Often ranting mindlessly about his 'shot stopping' when it was actually no better than any other keeper in the league and, somewhat ironically, there have been many occasions when his performance on the pitch has often been secondary to the keeper at the other end.

But the truth is he has been at the heart of the club's problems since his arrival. His positioning and decision making make him a weakness in the defensive unit, and that impacts on the team because it causes every other player to play just that much deeper. United's defensive record in the last 6/7 has been down to the industry of the centre backs and at a huge cost to the midfield creative heart.

For all the criticisms Moyes, LvG, Mourinho recieved (and for all those Ole will inevitably receive) about the style of united's play being negative and not attacking enough etc., it was widely overlooked that that style of play was an inevitable outcome from his weaknesses. That and not having a centre forward.

As for Romero, a pointless suggestion. He has exactly the same weaknesses.

He looked assured and back to his best during the summer and first two games so this error - again - is a concern.

I’m even more concerned at how much of IAmMe’s ranting seem to be coming to fruition!

What if IamMe has been right all along?

that would be the ultimatame irony.

Next wed find out kfc, robb and rdd go on lads holidays together.

Berba. Perhaps a break would do DDG some good? Although I have a sneaking feeling that we'll announce his new deal as the transfer window closes in Europe. The marketing team will want a slice of that pie I'm sure.

Baz - KFC, Robb and RDD must go on holiday together as they're the same person. A bit like Prot in K-Pax I reckon.

I could just imagine RobbDDKfc furiously logging in and out on here to argue and insult itself, punctuated with bad grammar, casual racism, long shower breaks, all whilst googling Islamic scripture and thinking they got one over everyone else

Look what he has in front of him, pure pure, highest grade, nuclear tuurrd.

The first goal today a Sunday team would be ashamed to concede - who was marking Ayew? Who got done in the air? why does it just take 1 punt down field for United to concede?

The back 4 that started the game yesterday cost a combined £200m.

De Gea had a great 17/18 season and a poor 18/19 season and it's carried on this season. Its strange some that great form we had under Solskjaer the bad run of form that has carried for months is nothing to do with tactics as we are dominating games like title winning sides in that run but we still lose or draw most of our games. We have been needing an insane amount of chances to score a goal and virtually every shot on goal for like last 10 league games has been flying in.

Just checked and Man Itd have the lowest expected goal against column this season. Man City is 3.17 and Liverpool 3.97. Also on this bad run of form we have been consistently scoring far less than expected and conceding far more than expected.

Mean Man Utd and our expected goal against is 2.08.

Yeah but take into consideration xT and xSW and we are laughing with a 2.7 and 4.5/5t.5. Means we should get far more expected throw ins and crucially expected sideways passes. And our x25ft is way down which shows we are keeping the ball down below 25ft, so less long balls. Https://Noncencestats/s246/ManUtd/stat.com
