There are a couple of players in the younger groups that will be buoyed by lampards introduction and willingess to play younger players
Tino Anjorin
Castillo
Gilmour
Maatsen
Guehi
are currently the standout players , i would probably like to see a 3rd of them on loan,
interestingly however i believe that castillo and Maatsen might also play a part, alonso out of favour and i am still convinced that Willian may leave before the eurpean window ends. Maatsen is a left back and Castillo can play either.
Tino Anjorin however is my pick as to the next real break out player. he is outstanding and at just 17 hes built like fully grown man already. wonderful technical ability, pace and an eye for a goal.
wherever we go we always seem to have a star in the ranks somewhere ,they may not all make it, however i hope we stick to what Frank is doing even post transfer ban. will save us millions in back up players so we can buy 1 or 2 world class players each year and more importantly, instil the competition for places which has gone missing from modern day Chelsea

I think with the loss of Hazard it might be premature letting Willian go as well given the age of our other wide attacking players other than Pedro.
That said he has to produce more than he did in his abject cameo v Leicester!

Gilmour actually looks ready to go out on loan. Looked good in pre season. A championship loan would be great for him.
We probably have too many good youth players that are ready to take the step up to first team football. Good problem to have but it could mean we end up losing some top talent.
I think this season should be all about getting Tammy, Mount, Cho and Reece James into the first team. Next season we can look at Gilmour, Anjorin and the returning Ampadu

except with gilmour, i think he might break into the first team this season and would be one that is better off developed here in a specific system and way of playing. he would be brilliant in the no 10 role behind the striker and possibly deeper
but yes the others will go on loan i think eventually and if gallagher continues well then lamps will deffo have a dilema

Nah I’d send him out on loan. Let him play every week. At Chelsea he’ll probably make 2 appearances if he’s lucky. He has 6 midfielders ahead of him atm. Next season move Barkley on and see if this guy is ready to take the next step.
