No Gomes or Chong in u23 squad

Gomes should be starting imo primarily because he can pass in a straight line without losing the ball.

There were people (I think myself included) that wanted Pereira in the side as the other option were Matic and McTominay. Things have changed in a year and we are now calling for young players we hope can fill the gap we haven't fixed in the transfer window.

I hope they can step up, Gomes especially, as he's looked like someone we could do with. But we shouldn't really be putting all out hope onto them fixing a problem we have known and seen got worse in the summer.
