Personally with the funds available, I think he's done well. His substitutions have gotten better this season, and last season we won more points from losing positions than most other teams. Silly defending mistakes, but with a defence made of Sheff Utd and Celtic reserve teams and kids that have only played together for about 8 games what do you expect?
Hey, and at least we haven't got the Wally with the Brolly
MOT!
Sack Grayson? You Dizzy Blud?

theres been better cb available that he hasnt brought in that were free's or small fee's
also he's clearly unable to improve defenders which a good coach should be able to do

Leeds60, where you getting figures from when most are undisclosed. In total I could give you different figures that would state the squad from yesterday cost over £1m. He has managed to put a team together who can score goals. Now we need to put players in there correct positions at the back. Put Leeds at in the centre and bring Connolly back. He has stated in the past that he does not think White is a left back but now plays him in this position. If he doesn't sort out the defense this year I think he may struggle to keep his job.

" Money is spent on wages/ground/etc."
I read somewhere on here from another poster that the "etc" includes "consultancy fees" in the millions of pounds - is that right, and if so what are they?
They are not players wages, that is for sure.

Consultancy fees is another way of saying "I'm nicking money but don't want anyone finding out, so they try to disguise it as a fee of some kind.

Actually Snodgrass was a 6 figure sum around the 250, 000 mark.
Also, you're all having a go at Bromby as he has 1 bad game but whenever he's played in the past season, and when he got a chance at the end of last he was quality.

Snodgrass was £35k FROM LEEDS united I got the information along with Lonegren£75k Bates stated Claytons fee along with Gradels at £100k plus sell on fee

Grayson has spent most of his money on the defence, which is one of the worst in the league.
We didn't need to spend 3 million on a goalscorer because we were one of the highest scorers in the league.
You judge players on their ability, not how much money they cost.
Grayson is not getting the best out of this team.

Leeds60
You could have convinced us, but you lost all credibility when you stated £100k for Gradel, when Leicester stated 250.

You bring players in, your coaching staff has to get the best out of them!..
Grayson bringing in bad players, are you sure thats not a case of, "Bates has the final say"!..
Maybe its all falling apart in his office when he says "you will" and not "we would like"!..
Or he and the agents don't get on to well with each other!..
