ok so he saw the error of his ways with collins and quickly sold him on, but apart from kisnorbo all the other have cost a fee so he's had a bit of money to spend but hasnt spent it well
I honestly think if he got the sack he couldnt complain he's had nearly 3 years to sort the defence out and he hasnt done it, and theres been enough quailty centre halfs available for free or small fee's just look at norwich and q.p.r none of there cb cost much money but they got promoted

Collins was a terrible mistake from Grayson because he even had the benefit of watching him for a couple of months in lge1. When he's part of the defence that concede 3 early goals at Gillingham plus countless other poor defensive displays such as at hone to swindon then it doesn't take a genius to work out that he'll be even worse in the championship.

I didn't get to see the game but by all accounts Bromby was culpable for the 3 goals. I bet bromby was to blame for turning the overall game by hoofing the ball in the second half. This is what annoys me about him, he can't pass at distance so he just hits it anywhere. he often hoofs it out of play but mostly he just gives away posession. That sort of thing demoralises the whole team!
