Watford have already changed managers this season, who will be next?
Looking at the odds, Marco Silva is the favourite. Everton have spent big in recent seasons, so a return of 7 points from 6 games is not exactly what they would expect. A 2-0 home defeat against a newly promoted side will pour on the pressure. Odds on him being the next manager to leave his job are as low as 5/4, and it is easy to see why.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is next, at 6/1. With United wanting to bring through youth, this seems unlikely to me. But it is a results business, and the 2-0 defeat yesterday leaves United with just 8 points. How long can this experimental appointment be given?
10/1 are as low as bookies go for Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino. Odds that low seem ridiculous, Spurs are surely not going to sack him. Unless Madrid get rid of Zidane, is it likely Poch will walk out? Unless Sandy is suddenly appointed Spurs chairman, I cannot see it.
Wolves have had a terrible start to the season, so similar odds for Nuno Espirito Santo to go seem more attractive. Expectations were raised to potentially fighting for CL, so to sit 19th with 4 points is unacceptable. Nuno needs to turn form round quickly or could well be replaced.
Unai Emery is beginning to get a lot of flak, and at anything between 20s and 33/1, could be an interesting bet. Arsenal are traditionally seen as a club (over) loyal to managers, but there is a new regime controlling things. Personally do not see him leaving before the end of the season, but a bad run could test the ruthlessness of the new Arsenal.
Steve Bruce, Quique Flores Sanchez (surely not), Ralph Hasenhuttl, Roy Hodgson, Dean Smith and Graham Potter are all under 20/1 in places to leave next.
Who do you think it will be? My money is on Nuno.
Next manager to leave?

working on a shoestring budget
like spending almost double the supposed budget on one player?

Pepe's fee is spread over 5 yrs, so not sure where you get your figures from. It still doesn't distract from the fact that it's Ole's job on the line, not Emery's.

Pretty much every transfer is paid in installments, why emphasize that when it comes to Pepe?
You are also seriously deluded if you don’t think Emery’s job is on the line. His contract ends this Summer and there is no way the club will keep him on if the dross we are witnessing continues.

you have to get a price of the wolves action here surely.
Everton have no one to turn to.
wolves might think their Portuguese angles gets them mourinho or several guys from thst league whi are probably top class... i dunno.
I wouldn't take Silva on short odds. I just think wolves have little to lose if thry continue the way they are.

Which dross? Fourth and cup finalist in first season? You are clearly still angry and frustrated about Wenger's sacking which was years overdue.

Obviously Wenger had to be sacked because he was well past it & hung on far too long.
That doesn’t change the fact that the total collapse at the end of last season to end up finishing FIFTH (not fourth) and the ongoing alarming failure to sort out the defence has brought Emery’s position into question.
If Emery doesn’t sort it out and we finish outside the top 4 again then hopefully Josh Kroenke (forget about the Board, they are just there for show) will have the sense to accept that Emery is not the man.

Agree, but can Arsenal afford another season of trying to get things in order? Also, I'm not sure if Emery thinks that HE is the man?
