England

What a performance from the young boys last night! A 10 wicket thrashing with overs to spare is a great achievement.

Can anyone stop the England team in any format? Now i know that England still have a lot of work to do in the shorter formats but no one can disagree that England look very good in ALL formats of the game.

I'm really looking forward to the ODI series in India so that we can show how far we have come along in such a short period of time.

INDIA BEWARE!

we will exactly know how good england are when they play their matches in the subcontinent..... This does not mean the tour to india.... It also means the pakistan tour and the srilanka tour...... We will see whether they can dominate in all forms in the subcontinent...... Remember england were poor in their odis in australia so not much can be said about whether they are good in odis outside home.....

Ps..... This doesnt mean im saying england are not good cause im sure many of you will start saying im not appreciating england winning

i remember before the india series this summer when people said india were only ranked #1 because of their home record all the indian fans said just wait to see how well we away to england this summer

how did that work out again ?

They got murdered rich and could not win a single game in any format. England will continue to go around the world thrashing all these teams, home and away, because their best players are lazy and trying to make money without having to do very much, and these deluded fans will refuse to talk about the "present" and what is happening currently, and no matter how much we destroy them, as we have been doing for several years now, they will continue to cry about "next time".

You and I however can just enjoy the ride

yawn , more irony .. you would look a lot less silly if you had any away record to boast of.

and india do ?

iirc we won our last trip to australia and drew our last tour in SA

isn't that part of an away record ?

and i am the silly one ?

pox you should really try to learn something about cricket before posting tbh

over the last 4 years india's and england's away record is remarkably similar if anything england's is slightly better statistically

england played 24 tests won 8 lost 6 drawn 10
india played 25 tests won 8 lost 10 drawn 7

so if england have no away record to speak of what does that say about india ?

and btw there is very little difference in the opponents

Failing is purely relative Neon, there's a simple failure, a comprehensive failure and an Indian abject failure.
