The Cause of our Current Predicament

This is the reason why we have the problems at the moment - it boils down to one decision made by Poch.

The team selection for the Champions League final.

The first player on the team sheet should have been Moura.

In case you don't know, we lost. Ever since, we've been suffering from the anticlimax of that game, following three weeks of being on cloud nine. The players and management flew too close to the sun and have gone into a downward spiral with feelings of what-ifs, shame and guilt. How Moura is still with us shows an enormous amount of mental strength on his part.

I don't have a solution, but even though I think the cause was Poch's decision, that doesn't mean I want him out.

The cause of our current predicament?

Daniel Levy not backing the best manager we’ve had in decades.

It’s not rocket science.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Broke our transfer record twice this summer for players that he wanted.

Do you actually think before you open your mouth ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Sizzle is unfortunately a Poch Fanboy. Even after our biggest ever home defeat, he is still refusing to give up. I bet he used to like the Bay City Rollers as well.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, I back our manager.

I don’t do hysterical knee jerk reactions.

Grow up Chronic FFS.

Did you miss the part where we didn’t buy any players for eighteen months? STILL didn’t buy the players the manager wanted and STILL haven’t shifted the players who will now wind down their contracts and leave on a free?

Stop being such a naive f*cking child.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why am I child for pointing out when you talk bollox. If you don’t want to be called up on it then stop talking shyyye. You are saying that poch hasn’t been backed right after levy got him all the players he wanted if this had been happening after the summer we spent nothing then you might have a case.

Also, the contracts have been on the table for the players. If they don’t want to sign then the club is powerless. What exactly do you want levy to do? Kidnap their families? Poch is meant to be a man manager and he has failed to galvanise the squad in the way redknapp did when Madrid and bale were on way out.

Whether you consider Poch to be to blame or not he deserves the benefit of the doubt and to stay on for the rest of the season. Let's see if we can iron out some of the problems during the Jan transfer window. That should be Levy's answer to this situation, not to sack the manager.

There's not much good will left in Poch's account.
If things continue to go apeshit at Brighton then I think he's a gonner.
If he turns it around with a good win, then maybe he can last until January.
