What is your favourite thing about Super Frank being our head coach?
My own is that he won't hide behind the
"We're a young team". Excuse which a few pundits have tried to suggest to him he's able to do.
Picking players on merit aside.......

That by simply being who is he, the entire fanbase is united again.
All my reservations about him, the young players, and in certain cases a cult mentality forming among some fans who are convinced everything about us right now is destined for greatness in years to come (based on hope alone), I'm loving the fact everyone's pulling in the same direction again.
I had no problem with Sarri. I understood what he was about, what he wanted and how his decisions with certain players were to aid what he was after long term, but the divide he caused in the fanbase just wasn't nice. I didn't agree with it nor many of the reasons why fans didn't support him (Rory's "Chelsea man" perfectly crystallized how lame the reasons were), but it doesn't change the fact the divide was there and it's never fun supporting a team when the fans are polarized.
The "Lampard effect" when it comes to Jorginho is a perfect example. For the most part he's been no better or worse this year than he was last year, but because the fans are united behind this manager they can see his value now, he's no longer a vessel to pour frustration onto for ridiculously flimsy reasons... e.g. against Southampton we played 433 with Jorginho in the holding role and Kante more advanced (correctly), and I've not seen one mention anywhere of "Kante's a DM, what's Frank doing", etc... the belief people have in him is causing them to think clear, it's fantastic.
There's a lot I like about Lampard from a managerial standpoint as well, I echo Sideshow's point for a start, but that's absolutely the #1 thing I'm enjoying about him atm

Lamps is very good in pressers
Reminds me a little of Klopp in terms of unyielding positivity except not with the manic energy Klopp has

Liked him as a pundit, like him as a manger. Its nice to see Chelsea finally make use of a wonderful youth system theyve neglected for years, footballs a lot better to watch as a neutral than i can remember for some time too.
Not been in management long so much hes gna learn and improve on too.

The fact that he's been there, seen it, done it, broke records means he's not going to get phased.
