Expecting a tough game this weekend as the injury troubles and concerns roll on.
Coming back from an international break when we are on a run is always a pain in the ass and I'm not sure if we will ever see our full strength side this year
Newcastle coming off the back of a good win v man utd, which is how they will play against us, digging in and restricting mount and tammy chances.
Our injury list now stands at:
Kante - Our best midfielder
Rudiger - Our best defender
RLC - Probably our second or third best player end of last year
Reece James - Our future RB
Kovacic - Having a great year
Christensen - Finally settling in and doing well
Emerson - Our best defender arguably this year and best LB
Marco Van Ginkel- He's still at the club?
Team I would expect
Kepa
Azpi Zouma Tomori Alonso
Jorgino Barkley?
Willy Mount CHO
Tammy
Look very light defensively. Tomori still raw, alonso is alonso (actually been solid this year) azpi is on the wane, zouma is zouma, and jorgino and barkley?
Going to be tougher than most expect I think.

Yep I can see us struggling here. Gonna be a very tight game. They’ve already beaten United and Spurs this season.

yup I think after southampton some fans think itll be a cake walk. With our injuries and newcastles resilience it'll be tough.

I'm still awaiting the official up to date on our injury situation!,nothing but conjecture and heresay so far .
As for the game ,I think that the boys will be too good for Newcastle,whoever we put out.

Well I thought it would be tough and it proved to be. Alonso although played an average game, turned up when it mattered like he did so many times under conte. Real good feeling about this club. The young players are playing well but also Willian alonso etc are getting there chances and the whole team is pulling together. Just need giroud to grab a couple goals to build his confidence if tammy ever gets injured or needs a rest.
