Our forwards had a shocker. All 3 of them missed about between them 6 easy chances.

I’m in shock that we scored more than once. Even if it is Norwich.

I'll bring you back to earth when i remind you that we also missed 2 penalties.
Ying and Yang balance

That’s what makes it even more amazing. None of the three were from the penalty spot.

I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing!

Looking at previous big wins and creation of chances games I believe only Man City 8-0 win against Watford did a team have a higher expected goal stat than we managed today.
Thats insane how wasteful we are. I know we missed 2 penalties but we also had other big chances we should have scored but hit it at Krul.

Obviously a good thing. We’ve struggled all season to create chances and score goals so to have three with two pen misses is a positive.
That said, this penalty situation is getting beyond a joke now. We’ve missed more pens than any team in the last few years.
People criticise players like Kane and Ronaldo for scoring lots of pens but it’s a skill we sorely lack.

I am not annoyed by the pen misses today as we missed about 5 easier chances than the pens today from closer in.

I was happy with having a few shots on target before the half hour mark.
Usually it takes us at least 30 minutes to pose any kind of threat to goal.

Need to get Pogba back sharpish. And hope we can keep the team fit. Might start to create a bit more consistently if that’s the case.

At some point in the not too distant future I'd like to see him either playing alongside or playing ahead of Garner and McTominay.
On paper at least I think there's a nice balance about it given their individual attributes.

Its the 9th consecutive away PL game we scored less than expected and conceded more than expected.

Problem is I don’t see Ole changing up the midfield set up so it’s going to be difficult for Garner in there when he does play.
