Another loss, another poor performance.
If we dont get maximum points in our next 3 league games I'd sack him. These are the must win games, not league cup games against the likes of Chelsea.
Lovely guy, and i realise the squad is cack, but surely a better manager could get more out of them.

We missed about 7 great chances against Norwich City.
That was the game I knew we won't finish top 4.

I watched that through the pea app too. Maradona nearly scored a worldly from a Stanley Mathews cross.

They have been at Man Utd long enough now to be able to take chances.
Its not like we are missing hard chances. We are missing easy chances regularly.
People were talking Rashford up the last week when he is main reason why we have struggled since March. The reason he has so many goals is he had an insane amount of chances.
I noticed nearly every team we played this season there most efficient game usually is against Man Utd.
Also Rashford offers very little to us when teams park the bus. He seems to hide and when he has the chances I would bet him to miss nearly every time as he rarely scores.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They may have been at Manchester United long enough, however they are still children in comparison to other strikers. Feck, Mason Greenwood would be doing his A-Levels and Rashford his final year at University.
Where is the experience?! Throughout the thread you have talked about all these missed opportunities, it is quite clear these players are currently not able to finish games when we desperately need them too.
I'm by no means Ole out, I'm smart enough to realise we have tried every other chose before his appointment, however it's the implementation of this new direction we are heading towards, which is costing Manchester United.
The season potentially is a write-off, which I have no problem with, but Ole has two transfer windows to give us some positivity, before the plane is flying over Old Trafford. [Our fans are not exactly patient!]

Needing a wonder goal to beat our second string side should've told you everything about your team right now. Our first XI is packed with inexperienced youngsters let alone the second team - we had a guy playing his first professional match at CB and you STILL couldn't score from open play.
Solskjaer needs to go. The imbalances of the squad is his shield, it's true but it doesn't change the fact he's just not good enough.

Also for a side that creates so little its amazing we are 4th on expected goals and 1st on expected goals against.
In fact since Solskjaer took charge in PL last season we were 3rd on expected goals but scored 4.40 less than expected and 6th on expected goals against but 3rd on expected points.
This season 4th on expected goals and 1st on expected goals against and 3rd on expected points.
Since Solskjaer took charge we have scored 9.48 goals less than expected and conceded 0.25 more than expected.
We are 3rd on expected points since Solskjaer took charge. The fact we scored 9.48 goals less than expected since Solskjaer took charge is crazy considering Solskjaer was a striker and should have taught them how to finish.
Just to put it into perspective Leicester City scored 11.69 goals more than expected this season.
We are so bad that we beat Norwich City 1-3 in a game we had higher expected goals than what Leicester City managed when winning 0-9 away to Southampton.

May be you do want him to do well, but I've not seen you have a good word to say about him on here.

Nonsense. Iv said, he is a nice guy, loves the club, appreciates our history and philosophy and has given the kids a chance.

But what about today Hafi? Or Chelsea? Or Liverpool? Or Newcastle? Or West Ham? Can you please talk me through this wildly long list of genuine ‘should-have-scored’ chances that our strikers keep missing, please?
I don’t want made-up statistics. Just real world examples. Thanks.

We missed 2 good chances away to West Ham United, and away to Newcastle United and were very close to scoring the 2nd goal against Liverpool a few times before we conceded.
Today we missed a sitter. Don't know how Greenwood missed it. It was by far the easiest chance of the game.
Man Utd are top of the expected points away from home table this season yet have only 1 win and are 7.45 goals worse than expected and 6.59 points worse than expected.
Its strange for a side to be top of the PL away table on expected points but struggling to win away.

Also we are 2nd on expected goals away from home and 2nd for expected goals against away from home and 1st for expected points away from home.
Is it Solskjaer fault we didn't win the games we should have won. Also if we create so little how are we 2nd on expected goals away from home.

We all get that, from time to time.

Let's not go over the top. We know the level of this squad and today is a great example of a game you win with more quality in the middle and final third.
The last couple of games we've had luck on our side, 'artizl could easily of had a penalty for example.
