Well Lennon has shown that he has improved the team and BR is doing well with Leicester. All ends well despite the initial feeling of being betrayed. No grudges held by me as we move on.

As if Rodgers is a snake for wanting to take a job in the prem with a team and squad as good as Leicester. What exactly was he going to achieve at Celtic that he hadn't already?

No liverpool fans said that. It was Rodgers time to go because he'd got what he could put of our squad. Nobody called him a snake though. And if he was the problem no point calling him names right? Everyone is happy?

Couple of points. I never called him any names. I felt he could have chosen his time to go better, but that was all. His reign had certainly run it`s course, so no big deal for me.

But, there were Liverpool fans who said these things when he joined, as regards Europe and they were correct.

My point was in answer to your question regarding what could he still achieve at Celtic. Europe, for me, is always the measuring stick. Apart from the first season, our performances in Europe varied mostly from dire to embarrassing.

Like I said, no big deal to me. Managers and players come and go all the time.

Which is fair enough. My issue is with people who call him a snake because he wanted to manage in a better league at a team that had the means to back him and create what he wanted.

I'm definitely in the know mate. Posted on here several weeks before he went that he was going and got the same abuse as I got for doing the same with Tierney.

Nothing to do with the club or money although it suits Brendan for people to think that it was.
