Players might of had their eye on the NLD so they slowed down and rested a bit?
Least our players will be fresh for the NLD as we'll field a weakened team in Europe while Arsenal play their strongest.
Shame they're playing at home and not playing away in Greece
A reason to why we sucked in the 2nd half

Having an eye on the NLD ?? I sincerely bloody hope not. If they were (which I doubt), then I would seriously question their professionalism as the game is 8 days away.
The correct time to start thinking about the NLD is after the final whistle has gone next Thursday night.

The first team won't really be thinking about Thursday night though?
Hopefully what happened in the second half will kick them up the backside and make them realise they can't relax.

For sure we took our foot off the gas today, but that's what you often get with modern day footballers, who see they are in total control of a game ( as we definitely were at half-time). When have you ever seen a player bust a gut when he doesn't feel he need to ??
