How about a "pay what you can" stand which would have been empty anyway. It would be a good initiative for poverty stricken places like Dundee. Good PR for the club.

Wind right off the Moray Firth, in the deepest reaches of an industrial park. Hated by the locals and visitors alike.

Gayfield must run it hella close.
1. Its spitting distance from the North Sea
2. It is absolutely Baltic/always windy
3. Its in fecking Arbroath ffs...…

From its Wiki page;

'The Red Lichties Gayfield Park ……. is the closest to the sea in Britain, a traditional style ground exposed to the elements......on stormy winter days, waves beat on the walls surrounding the ground.'

I have been there a few times. It is absolutely grim.
