Another massive game and another opportunity for Forest to really show their intent this season
It’s gonna be a tough game, and Forest will need to be totally focused and be ready from the off if they’re going to get anything from this game
We still have a few injury concerns, which will mean we more or less have the same team that beat Derby last time out - I can’t see any justification to even bringing Dawson back yet, as the defence have done really well. Sow and Semedo still look like they’re a week or so away which is really frustrating as I would have hoped they’d both be back in contention by now - the so called ‘couple of weeks’ prediction seemed to be very optimistic
The good news is unlike in previous seasons, we have depth and quality in the squad which has really helped Forest keep up the momentum, even with a couple of poor result against Wigan and Hull
This City team are good and well organised, but Forest have the ability to beat them - but again, it all depends on how we approach the game and just what Forest team turn up - I really hope the manager has the team in the right frame of mind and approaches the game with positivity and intent
A win in Bristol would send a real message to the rest of the league
Here’s hoping to the next instalment

Just got back from the game. We were lucky to escape with a point in the end. Luckily City were terrible in front of goal. First half we edged it and I was quite impressed with our play. Cash is a quality player but is certainly not a fullback. City rightly targeted him. Watson played well and Silva has his moments but we missed someone to dominate midfield and it meant forwards were isolated and they marked Lolley out of game. Samba was excellent. Good point in the end and win game in hand and we’re right in it

A draw caniggia - I think cancelled each other out mate

Yes must have been! I was in City family stand so had to be careful and pretend I wasn’t cheering Forest

Always tricky sitting in the home end. I remember sitting in with the Watford fans when McGugan scored a screamer there about 9 years ago. I think they worked me out when that goal went in!

Just watched the hi lights it looked like a soft red card to me.

Rev, Slight inaccuracy in your introduction. You wrote "We still have a few injury concerns, which will mean we more or less have the same team that beat Derby last time out'. you should have written ( ........more or less have the same team that clogged Derby off the park last time out) Glad that this time Yates got his due desserts and received a straight Red. And glad we could help with PNE so you gained at least 1 point on them whilst we of course gained 2 on you lot. I wish we were playing you in February and not April. We would like to be the team that started the rot at Nottingham Forest.

We should credit Dini for at least showing his face post El Cloughico, I suppose.

I kept out of it yesterday. Still a bit delicate. But I'm looking forward to April when you are due here.

Yes, it would be fitting to see Forest seal a play off spot at PP.

As I stated in my post Ram, I’m pleased with the quality and depth in our squad, which will pay dividends over the course of the season - so when we g wet to play you next year, we’ll still have a fully fit squad to hopefully beat you again with, whereas you or will be probably begging Keogh back so to play him in your depleted squad
Besides come next April we’ll be out of sight of you lot by then

Keogh in. The campaign will start soon. Rooney can’t do it all by himself.
